hey Michael, thanks for those nice words, I enjoy my bike riding so much, even if it kills the legs, its rewarding
and i'm out there just enjoying the scenery and the fresh air.(well dont go to near the cars..grr).  I landed up
going yesterday for my ride, Today I didnt go but I did go out with my neighbour to the grocery store, and a garden
center.  Thursday we are going on a long bus ride into minneapolis, so that will be good for me too.
I feel if I go out once a day at least its good for me,..even if its for an hour or two, i feel more relaxed in the
evening and not on edge and grouchy!!!:0

Minnesota

Congratulations on accomplishing so much in such a short span.

Yeah bike riding...Just pedalling through air of your own accord.  I cycle quite a bit and it really does
lessen my anxiety...Just thought I'd pass on a few of my favourite quotations on bike riding!

Melancholy is incompatible with bicycling.  ~James E. Starrs
When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations:  bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze,
blue jay's call, ice melting and so on.  This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings
of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead.  I still must abide by the
rules of the road, of biking, of gravity.  But I am mentally far away from civilization.  The world is
breaking someone else's heart.  ~Diane Ackerman

HI all, thanks for the kind words, i'm smilng right now:) In about 3 weeks we are going up north for
a week, and its about a 4 hour drive, we do stop for lunch and stuff and the family will be going in about
3 cars, so it will be all following each other, I think its going to be fun, and the drive will be ok.
I also have started my bike riding again, and working out again, I went for a couple of spins on the bike around
the little subdivision i live it and it felt great.  I hope to go out with my neighbour tomorrow biking or to the mall
or something, a new challenge.:)
