Mya, Again, start working on better managing the suspected root cause and see if it helps. It has for many here. If you look through our boards, you'll also find that obsessing over health related issues is also quite common among panic sufferers. Danielle, Bilingual Health Educator

Mya, That's great! Likely if all your tests came back negative, you can shock it up to old anxiety and thus start challenging the thoughts surrounding your anxiety. Do start working through the program. It will give you a lot of great skills against anxiety! Good luck! Danielle, Bilingual Health Educator

Mya, Please consult your MD. Although dizziness is a listed symptom associated with panic disorder, you should be evaluated further to rule out other potential causes. In the meantime, try taking 30 seconds between each shift in position. For ex: Going from lying to sitting, take a 30 second pause before getting up to a standing position. Hello Mya , how are you doing now ? A few weeks ago i had so many bouts of the dizzy spells myself . Now as soon as i start to feel dizzy i do the deep breathing until i feel normalish again . It has begun to drastically cut down on the big panic attacks . Which is great . Hope this helps abit :)
