Hey Diva. Sorry you're feeling down. It sucks to feel like you're getting behind. Sounds like you feel like you're in a "catch-22" situation where you need some time to be kind to yourself to feel better, but if you take that time, you will feel worse as you'll be further behind. Could you take some "me" time (i.e. rest/watch a funny show, go for a walk) but make a commitment to also do a small amount of schoolwork each day (i.e. 1 hr of studying/essay writing) so that you won't feel so bad?
