HIYa Georgie! Don't be so hard on yourself. With everything on your plate it is normal to feel more stressed out! I would for sure, heck most people wuld anxiety problems or no! Plus, we all have bad days where we wallow like you said. We all have days we just feel down and panicky and aweful. The important thing here is take good care of yourself, be patient and kind to yourself and then get back up and keep doing the program :) Some days are just bad but it really does get better. The program is not always easy but it is most definetely worth doing :) Hang in there Georgie, this too shall pass!!!

georgie, Stay strong and continue on with the program. Challenge those thoughts and know that it is healthy to vent. We are here for support, if only to listen and assist. Start the day fresh and be active in your progress :) Josie, Support Specialist

not sure if this is the best place to put this in. anyway yesterday was quite stressful for me with my thesis deadline looming, i had a counsellor's appointment, saw my thesis supervisor and then bumped into my ex-boyfriend (was a bad break up and when we see each other it's a bit arkward). so throughout the morning i had a few inklings of panic starting and had a few small panic attacks. i've been a bit down/stressed/over-tired and annoyed with the panic coming back so last night i thought having a few glasses of wine would help but really it made me more depressed and panicky. i guess if there are success stories, this is a failure story. i guess i just wanted to wallow in my self-pity for a while which backfired if people understand what i mean? i know it's not the healthiest thing to do. anyway this doesn't really have a point so i'll finish here. how is everyone doing?
