Belowsea, Welcome to the Panic Center! Please start working through our CBT program. It will teach you about panic disorder and your panic cycle. Also be sure to read through our forums. They are full of experiences you can learn from. If you have any questions, just ask. Danielle _______________________ The PC Support Team

Hiya Belowsea, Welcome to the forums! I hope you will discover as i have that this is a great place to express yourself, ask questions get answers, get encouragement and cheering and to be understood. I am glad you decided to introduce yourself to us :) Welcome^^ and nice to meet you. As for posting too long or too much i have just been told lately not to worry about that. So feel free to write to us as mucxh as you like. We are all here for you and i am sure most of us can relate at least in part to what you are going through. Anyway, nice to meet you and to make your acquaintance in the forums^^

Hi everyone this is the first time that I have used the panic centres' support group. I have been having panic attacks and depression and lately Agoraphobia for three years now . In turn I haven't worked in over three years. As well as having panic and depression I also suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I'm getting to the point where I'm just tired of feeling this way. The doctors are trying to help but It's just taking so long and I don't know when I'll be back to work. I can't even walk by the store I work at without having a panic attack. Right now i'm working on the Immerssion therapy part of the program. I'm having some difficulties with it but as my psychologist says its going to take some time to have my brain retrained to a point that I won't have attacks. Hoping that day will come soon. Hope I haven't taken to much of your time reading all this I do have a small tendancy of going just a bit to long so I'm shutting up now and letting everyone get on with the work thay have to do to get better. FROM B
