Jo, Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us today. The Panic Center offers personalized, interactive tools that have helped thousands of people challenge and overcome their anxiety and panic. The core of the Panic Center is the Panic Program, an interactive 12-Session cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) course. How can the panic center help you? Each person has unique goals in their treatment. Some wish to overcome specific fears, while others may be tired of going to the emergency room with panic symptoms. Whatever your motivation, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is a common and very effective treatment for anxiety and panic. You can use the tools whether or not you are taking medication, and whether or not you are currently seeing a therapist or mental health professional. The Panic Program has a number of tools and resources to help each individual challenge their anxiety and win. We hope we have guided you in the right direction today. We look forward to helping you with your anxiety. Take care, Melanie _______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Hi Have you told the girl you work with how you feel? I often feel better when close(ish) people are aware of the problem, then I don't have to try to hide symptoms and we can sometimes joke about my situation, or make things more light-hearted. It's also amazing how many "collected" looking people are actually hiding irrational fears and phobias.

HI Everyone, I was ill over Christmas with some kind of flu bug and it started the feelings really bad again for me, I have been slightly anxious about work, as the girl I work with as moved her office from her home to a proper office and I had to give up my job due to anxiety of working within an office I know its only her and a me and one other girl but I feel like I am going out to work again instead of working in her house and that really scares me a bit as silly as it seems its just that environment but now she has'nt even asked me to come in and work so I am worrying about money etc, I am starting to be ok one minute then suddenly legs go shakey and get these real thoughts that something is going to happena nd even picture it happening if I go out am I just being anxious I don't want to go out to work properly I am better doing work the way I have been from home.
