Bump!

Getting outside is good for you. How do you enjoy the outdoors?

yes, i strongly agree. Sometimes, just petting your dog will release all tension or stress in your body. small little things will make a bigger impact in your mood. so for me, i am practicing not be bothered by those small negative things disrupting my mood, instead, i focus on those little things that makes me smile, butterflies for an instant. Take a small walk. Jog every morning while watching the scenes around me.

Yes, totally agree. I went for a walk outside this afternoon around the streets and ended up finding a small lake with surrounding trees not too far from my house. It really made a difference being surrounded by nature instead of the buildings.

Listening to some music while walking in nature definitely boosts my self esteem and mood.
