How are you taking care of yourself during this difficult time?

I am sorry about your loss. I know how difficult it is. In the last year, I have lost my dad and brother-in-law. As you probably know, everyone grieves differently. There is no timetable for how you should feel.

I found that talking with a family member or friend helped me. Is this something you could try? If the feelings become too overwhelming, I would reach out to a professional.
