Kelly, Not to shabby at all! 45 days is awesome :) I like the spa idea, your body is telling you to relax and pamper yourself :) Good for you for keeping your resolve! Celebrate, you deserve it! Josie, Support Specialist

Kelly, fight the blahs with a big reward! Drop a bundle at a day spa, maybe a pedicure or a facial? A massage perhaps? Quitting is hard work and it's tiring, you're doing such a great job you really deserve something special! kelly, You ever feel kind of blah when you smoked? Just saying...life has its ebbs and flows whether you're smoking or not. I think that when we had those low times many of us smoked to distract ourselves, reward ourselves in some weird way, deal with boredom, frustration, etc. Maybe it's time for you to give yourself something nice, something you wouldn't have done if you were still smoking. Also, many people talk about the changes in seasons being associated with some increased smoking thoughts...not that I'd know of course it's good that you're noticing it, because then you can do something about those feelings My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 200 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,000 Amount Saved: $1,360.00 Life Gained: Days: 27 Hrs: 23 Mins: 26 Seconds: 10

I think today is my 45th smoke-free day. Not too shabby! But, I'm feeling a little...umm...yucky. For the most part, the past month and half has been relatively easy for me. Managable in the very least. I mean, I had hell week, heck week and blah week like everyone else. I had the nicotine withdrawls like everyone else and I had the physical and mental "pains" just like everyone else but I have not yet felt really tempted to smoke. I've never been on the edge of buying a pack or lighting up by any means. But, it's been building up for a few days now, I guess...this feeling that I want a cigarette. It's not that I'm craving. It's more that I'm tired, I think. I don't know what it is and I can't really explain it except to say that I almost don't really feel like I care. Does that make any sense? Hmm? Don't worry. There's now way in hell I'm going to smoke. That would just be stupid! ;) I just feel so icky. I think I could use some perspective. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 44 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,320 Amount Saved: $257.40 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 23 Mins: 57 Seconds: 43
