I'm patting myself on the back today. It's my 8th anniversary of giving up this nasty deadly habit!

You could be celebrating too if you give it up. 1 year, 1 month 1, week, 1 day. Every one of those deserves to be celebrated for kicking the habit!!

Take a deep breath and GO FOR IT. It might not be as hard as you think, then again, it might be the hardest thing you ever do in your life....but it's WORTH the effort. Trust me.
