thanks Dave 848. Here is a thought for any one interested espeially maybe some of the newbies. Successful days of sobriety are an accompilishment ,a time to reflect on the past days and compare how yoou feel that day to the previous days ,an occation to pat yourself on the back .

But there are so many success that may happen day to day that go along with that , getting up off the couch and taking a walk , fixing a thing that you have put off forever,  talking to someone in a decent manner ,  handling a situation in a different manner, pretty much any thing positive that a person does day to day that drinking may have hindered can to me be deemed a success.
