Welcome Zoey, believe me you're not alone with the way you're feeling. Once I'd opened a bottle I'd try putting the cork back in before taking it out again and sneaking another drink, again and again until I'd drunk the lot. This is a good place to start looking at your true feelings about drinking and whether you want to make changes - it helped me make my mind up to quit altogether and I'm so much happier these days. Have you looked at the Toolbox on this site? Hope you stick around, and keep posting.

It's Monday again.  I'm always gonna cut back. I try so hard.  Comes 4 o clock.  Can't wait to have that first glass of wine.  Then two.  Then the whole bottle. I am so tired... I know I can I just need to train my mind...but how to do that????
