sends congratulations, one year....its a long road stepping off at day one. I hope to find good friends here someday. I'm really not as scary as my pic projects. I'm more sarcastic:)

Sian,

huge congratulations on your one year.   I hope that you're going to do something nice for yourself to celebrate.

Keep up the good work, one day at a time.

On my own I wouldn't have made it past one week, so the first thing to say is THANKS EVERYONE who posts and helps.

Life is very different than it was when I rolled up here a year ago, and alcohol is out of the picture completely, I'm grateful to say.
I did it one day at a time and was prepared to go to any lengths - which meant, for me, putting my recovery right up there as THE make-or-break consideration, and making all other decisions accordingly. It's worth it and I hope I never go back on it!
