Hi Junebug,

I hope you're having a better evening.  Thanks for coming on the forums to share how you're doing.  We're so glad to hear you are holding on and fulfilling your personal pledge to stay sober.  Continue focusing on your journey one day at a time.
Wishing you a great week ahead,

Thank you so much for your support foxman it really helps , it helps to know that i am not alone and going crazy because thats how i feel when i am this emotional . I guess thats why i used to drink because i wouldnt feel them anymore and felt "normal" if that makes any sense at all.

We are here to give you a hand, Junebug. Early in my sobriety, I always carried a MP3 player with lot of AA speaker tapes. It really helped me overcome those emotional hiccups.

Thank you fran!
Unfortunately, I seem to meet the "keepers" ha-ha.

One day it will all come around, just need to stay patient and collective.

Stay sober, and keep control of my feelings even though
a woman was playing head games with me and just dropped me.

No reason to pick up a bottle
