I hope to have dropped atleast 10 pounds by the christmas season.  Ultimately 20 lbs, but I need to be flexible, so I don't get down about it.  Last summer I was able to drop 25 lbs very quickly, by healthy eating and intense training.
I'm the kind of person, when I go to the gym, I'm there and focused, so my work outs are always intense.

Sounds like you have a positive and realistic mindset around this.

Have you set a specific and time stamped goal around this?

It appears I was rushing for the weekend and thought yesterday was Thursday, my bad.

Today I plan to stay sober.  Everytime I used to beat myself for slowly getting out of shape, and then get mad work out, feel good and then drink again.

I know today that my health/weight levels is directly related to the amount of alcohol consumed.  When I start to feel down about it, I get an urge to drink, but constantly remind myself I'm in this dilemma from drinking.  I then know, that if I eat healthy for today, and get a decent amount of exercise, my long term goal will be achieved.
