Lou, Please do NOT feel bad, you did not fail you got your haircut {I bet it looks great} and worked through the panic please be proud, a new haircut is always a little scary its a change so some apprehension is to be expected. I have not had my haircut for three years, I cut my own I do not like to go either, but Its such a mess I know I better soon. You did good, you went and got through it, next time it will be easier. GOd bless, Debbie.

Lou, I'm so sorry you are feeling so frustrated and hopeless. It can be so disappointing when you feel you are taking one step forward and two steps back. It took courage to even go out there and try and get to your hair appointment. Congratulate yourself at least for taking the chance of getting yourself out there. I am sure better days will come for you - just keep at it and try not to dwell on your past too much. Keep your head up. :)

I am so angry with myself i dont know where to turn.I have needed to get a haircut for a while now and due to high anxiety i have been putting it off today i thought i could do it so i went in to get it done and i had major panic i feel disgusted with myself and i hate myself for being like this i have had enough of being a prisoner to my fears i just want to escape from myself i keep reliving the moment where i wanted to get up and run out and feel so ashamed i feel like im taking one step forward 5 steps back.
