Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Exercise helps us to keep our body and mind in good condition. Exercise does not have to be a dirty word. Movement might be a less daunting word for some people. So instead of thinking about exercise as a chore, how do you get more movement in to your day? Small changes can really add up.
