Leading up to my quit, I thought there was simply never going to be a way to soothe my anxieties and irritations ever again. Little did I know, that by quitting smoking I was actually going to PREVENT a ton of anxieties and irritations from ever coming up in the first place. I am a much less anxious person since quitting smoking, now that my blood pressure isn't all over the place from the nicotine intake/withdrawal process and I'm no longer stressed out about quitting smoking or figuring out when I can smoke and hide it... Enjoy the serenity, it just gets better from here.
