Hi Lauren11,

We cannot advice you on medications. My advice would be to follow package instructions but if you are unsure talk to your pharmacist or doctor.

In my opinion STOP using them immediately and by new ones instead. Thanks and good luck.

Hi all, I have several packs of out of date nicorette microtabs 2mg from a failed attempt to quit a few years ago. The expiry date is 06/2016, they are unopened and have been kept in a draw. Are these okay to still use as I've read articles saying they are fine, even one by the army that tested patches that were 5 years out of date and they performed the same as brand new ones? Any advice or experiences would be appreciated, many thanks Lauren x
