Congrats on over three days now!

It has been a few days since you posted last. How are you feeling today?

Congrats on your first three days!   I really have no choice other than to quit commencing tomorrow considering I have oral surgery scheduled in 3 weeks and smoking is 100% not an option after that day.  My habit caused damage to my gums and now I need surgery on all four quadrants of the mouth plus an implant, ughh!  I'm not using any Rx's but have picked up some nicotine lozenges, hope they will takes a little of the edge off.  I'm certain quitting is going to be a tough battle but the health battles cigs create down the road would be far more difficult or impossible to win.    I wish you and myself the best of luck!

I am scared to death! on day 3 chantix and welbu combination. I am already very snappy which tells me my meds are kicking in and the nicotine is not getting into my brain.

I am a 36 year old father to 3 daughters I look after full time, and I have been smoking a pack a day for 20 years. I really need to get this done, if anyone reads this if you could pray for me lol, n wish me luck. will update as I go.
