Hi Sara,

Many people are very scared when they quit smoking. What specifically are you afraid of? Many people are afraid of withdrawal; so, it can be helpful to have a quit plan in place. Have you talked to your doctor about quitting smoking? How do you plan on managing cravings?

Hi Sara.  Wishing you well as you start your smoke free journey.  Just remember you are doing the best thing ever.  Take it one day at a time, one hour at a time, or one minute at a time, whatever is needed!  Visualize how increased your stamina will be once you quit smoking!  Do whatever you need to do.  Change your scenery.  Start some new hobbies.  Tell your friends and family you love them, but tell them you need some non-smoke time as you start your quit.  I hid from smokers for about 6 weeks unless they weren't smoking in front of me.  Its going to be tough, but remember the best things in life are worth it!  We're all here to support you!  And be sure to reward yourself.  Little things to say Look at me!  I'm going smoke free!

 Hi guys,

I'm 26 years old and have been smoking for 9 years now. I recently began to work out (crossfit - 4 months ago), and i realized how bad my stamina and endurance are compared to others at the box.
All my friends and family are smokers, but i live alone so hoping that would help!

Terrified of the upcoming days and dont really know how far ill go!
