Welcome!

Congrats on getting back to it. What did you learn from your other quit attempted that you can apply now?

Hi.I was always in denial how I am not addicted to smoking, but I am.I quit yesterday at around 5 pm.I have had relapses before,i didn't smoke for 3 months straight back from Aug 15' to Nov 15' but a drunken night kick-started the whole thing again.I have joined this forum to share my thoughts & vent, which I didn't last time.Cheers:)
