TurmoilAndy If you're serious that you want to stop smoking do the do things as opposed to the don't do things. Do work on the program here. Do post if you're having problems. Do drink ice water when having a crave , drown your craves with ice water. Do want to stop smoking as much as you want to smoke or more to be successful. Do remember that you only need to stop for today. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow isn't here yet. Do remember to get enough rest , eat well and build a network of support. Remember H.A.L.T. Hungry , Angry , Lonely , Tired. Don't get too much of any of those four. And remember. N.O.P.E. Not One Puff Ever. What works for one might not work for another. These things have worked for me and they will work for you if you want them to. Don't smoke for one day , one hour or five minutes at a time if need be.
