Welcome Andy!

How are you doing? Have you considered a quit date yet? If not, starting the program may help.

Keep us updated on how you are doing even if you are not quite ready to quit. We can help you get there.

Hi Andy,
Cancer (lung, throat, nose, lip, tongue, and MORE), Emphysema, COPD, increased risk of stroke and brain damage, yellow teeth, tooth decay and bad breath, stinky odor, and the list goes on and on. Hows this for a push?

It's all true. If you smoke, this can and possibly will happen to you. Maybe not now, but you never know what the future holds.

Stop thinking about quitting and just do it. Go through the program at the top of the page. It will help prepare you for the obstacles that will lie in your path to freedom. Plan for it and set a date. (That's the really scary part, setting the date and sticking to it!) Quitting is different for everyone. Easier for some, harder for others.

Read through the forums here, there is a lot of good tips and tricks for helping you on your journey.
Something to think about - Quitters are Winners! Hows that for an oxymoron?
I wish you well on your quit.
