Congrats on getting started. You have already made a ton of positive changes. Great work! Please be sure not to take on too much though. Make your quit your first priority. All the other lifestyle changes can help the quit process but if you find they are hindering you be careful. Sometimes we can take on too much and get discouraged.
How are you feeling today? How is everything going?
you guys are the 1st online quitting aid program I enrolled myself and I hope it helps me. I'm 33 years old and have been smoking since my 18th birthday, which means Iv been huffin and puffin for the last 15 years. My breathing is quite awful and I'm usually without stamina, which I know is part of the smoking habit. My last smoke was 21 hours ago and it was making 32 Celsius degrees. Can you imagine smoking in this weather? This was when I decided I was done with this terrible habit. I also started on a diet so I won't fall into other bad habits such as eating lots of sugars, wheat etc. Also began to exercise 20 to 30min daily, even when it's hot as hell.
Is there anyone else from South America here? I think not *lol* but i'd love to make canadian friends anyways :)
