Quitting this month though it?s work in process

Welcome Smith121,

Congrats on taking steps towards becoming cigarette free! I am sorry to hear you have had a slip. Slip are very common when trying to quit smoking. Many people believe they are part of the learning process. What do you think triggered your purchase?

I also want to caution you on using the vapouriser. There is no evidence that they help you to quit. There is actually some evidence that tells us they actually reinforce the smoking behaviour. Have you talked to your doctor about other quit aids that may increase your chances of success?

I've been off cigarettes for 2 weeks now using patches and a vapouriser but I just bought a pack of cigarettes just now. I'm determined this will be the last of them. I'll post on this thread my progress as I go smoking free.
