Welcome Kim!

Congrats on over 49 days now. Amazing work! The loss of smoking can take some time to overcome. Many people compare it to getting over an unhealthy relationship. Some people have written letters to smoking or had ceremonies to say goodbye. Sometimes processing the loss can help helpful.

There are lots of tips within the program, I encourage you to read through it. Also, use the keyword search to find discussions in the forums that pertain to you.

How are you feeling today?
