  That's a great quit you have going. Thanks for dropping in close to your 8 year anniversary. It's great to hear success stories from fellow quitters that have stuck to it and took back control of their lives from that nasty habit. It's also encouragement for the newbies, and the lurkers, showing that it can and does happen if you really set your mind to it.

I quit in March , many moons ago and I remain quit till this day . You will never experience freedom more than when you drop this addiction . For you that experience difficulty the greater the satisfaction so hang in there .
