Hello Forcemac.
Welcome back, it's great to see you here.
Sounds like you have a good plan. Read as much as you can including your old posts,
I'm a great believer that knowledge is power, the more you know about the whole nicotine addiction, the easier it is to beat it. But I'm sure that I don't have to tell you this, as you've done this all before.
Post often and let us know how you're doing. Rooting for you. You can do this.
Stay strong.

Hey Forcemac!!!

Welcome back, buddy!  No sense beating yourself up about it any more!  Back up on the horse and start kicking some nico-demon ash!!!  You well know that nicotine addiction is freaking nasty, just as we all do!  If it were easy, nobody would be smoking anymore!

Think about reviewing the Program along with looking over your posts.  Update your reasons for quitting and list of coping mechanisms, too!  Every bit of knowledge and support from your quit buddies here will definitely help!  Keep us updated on your progress and yell if you need a hand!  You CAN do this, buddy!!!

It's embarrassing to say but after having successfully quit last year I relapsed and now here I am back to square one.

I am currently on DAY 2

I know what I have to do and am not looking forward to the next few weeks.

The plan is to read my old posts, lay low, and try not to think about smoking.

My main goals are to lose weight ( ~20-25lbs), start working out (never really worked out before but want to start), lower my blood pressure...my smoking has stalled me from reaching all these goals.

This stop smoking forum is the best the internet has to offer...keep on keeping on and I will join you guys next Monday in the parade!

arghhhh
