Hi Everyone,
I just finished my quitting plan, and over the course of this week, I've been focusing on reducing the amount of cigarettes I smoke and also raising my awareness regarding when I crave, how long they last, and how I am coping. It's hard!! I know my addiction kicks in when I start questioning myself and doubting my ability to quit. I need words of encouragement! I've been a smoker for 15 years, am only 32, and really need to do this!
