I'm sorry to hear that you are having a hard time of it lately. It seems so unfair to be feeling this way after be smoke-free for so long. I don't feel that I can offer you much advice as I'm pretty new to this quitting lark myself, hopefully it won't be long before some of the wonderful lovely forums experts will be around to offer you the good solid sound advice you really deserve.

In the meantime, all I can suggest is that you try and find ways to distract your mind, maybe have a nice long soak in the bath, go for a long walk, read a book, or even surf the wonderful internet for some really awful jokes and post them on my silly joke thread. Anything really to distract yourself from feeling this way.

Chin up Mac... you can do this.

Hey Mac,

I'm not sure what hard times you are having right now. But hang in there. You have already been through some pretty stuff stuff.

Feel free to come on and write about it, if you want.

Thinking of you.
