I can hardly believe it's been so long since I last logged in. I was then on holiday and I was no sooner home than I had to leave again when I had to go and stay with my daughter to help her out.
I am happy to record that I have now completed forty two weeks without a cig. You know I still get that sinking feeling at some point on most days when I remember that I don't have to do that any more. At times of real frustration I can even be seen to take a deep breath or have a glass of water. However, I must say the sensation is so fleeting it is usually followed by me remembering just how well I am doing. When I recall how terrified I was twelve months ago knowing that I really needed to stop yet could never actually get round to doing it.
I now can celebrate having saved over 2000 nearly 6000 cigs not smoked.
I am happy to start another week stating that I won't be smoking .
So join me in marching out and celebrating our freedom.
Just ten more weeks and I will be able to say ONE YEAR! I better start planning my reward:)
