Hello fellow pledgers : ) Hope we get lots more people signing up today too.

Thanks Roses : ) It's so much nicer to breathe the morning air when we don't smoke, isn't it? I really love sharing our morning walks too! My avatar pic is a sunrise on the beach at the end of my road - it is breathtakingly beautiful, but if I don't get up early enough, I miss the chance to capture the memory. I'm so glad to have clear lungs now. NOPE works!

Eyja..So nice to see and hear from you this morning. I love your new avatar, it's just beautiful..I went walking on the beach yesterday and it was wonderful breathing in the cool moist ocean air..Well, I just stopped in real quick to make my pledge today..gotta get going for my walk this morning while it's still cool out..

I am so grateful that I do not smoke anymore..I will not smoke today..
