Thanks again for being a leader for me to follow.In my mind one year is such an achievement ,not only are we healthier and able to breathe deeply

but we are also able to take a big sigh of relief and say I did it I Am a Non-Smoker.

Roses , Yay for you. You now have a year of firsts behind you as a non smoker. First Birthday , New Years , etc. This gives us the confidence and experience to know that we've done it once and one day at a time we can do it again. Again , one year is a great achievement. Excellent for you.
