Way to go, Sparky!!!!!  One day, one step at a time.  I know its Tuesday, but I'll happily march along!  Shined my marching boots and everything.

Some time ago there were two amazing quitters that started the Monday morning parade, Rock and Kaiser, so members could show off their stats.  I have been gone so some time and just restarting my quit.  The Monday morning parade was important to them and still is.  So let's show our stats and be proud and happy that we are smoke free.

One day working on day two.

Keep the Quit
Sparky
