Hi snice,

We're glad to have you here.  There are a lot of great suggestions on the forums.  Take some time to read through the various posts.
Some tips I can offer for this Saturday is when you wake up, have a refreshing glass of water (with freshly squeezed lemon!) and hopefully, if the weather is nice, go for a long walk.  It will be a nice way to set the tone for the day.
Have a wonderful time with your family!

Hi all, thanks for the warm welcome.  As usual, I can't seem to get through a weekend smoke free.  I woke up Saturday morning and the first thing I did was light up.  I plan on trying again this week (wearing a patch) and to come up with a game plan so I don't slip again this weekend.  I plan on having family over on Saturday, so I'm hoping this will help where none of them smoke.  If anyone has any suggestions on what they did that helped, I'd appreciate it.
