Day 146 and I will not smoke today. But I will go to gravity class at the gym today and do a good vigorous 1/2 hour cardio, especially now that I've nibbled on the pre-Christmas cookies at the office.

Hi fellow pledgers : ) All doing great I see - I will throw in my 2 cents worth today and remind myself how much better I feel now that I don't smoke - and I won't light one up today - or tomorrow either because NOPE works!
