I reached the 50 day mark today, woohoo! I've saved $400 and have not smoked 757 nasty cancer sticks. I'm celebrating by taking the day off of work tomorrow and going to a winery with my mom and then out for lunch.
Feeling really strong and encouraged today. A good night's sleep sure makes a difference in mental attitude plus being able to excercise again! A definite NOPE today.
Wow, time sure is flying by. I can't believe I've made it to 48 days already. Starting to feel a bit better these past few days, I'm not spending as much time dwelling on my quit.
I haven't checked in lately and just saw your post of support...Thank you Willis for your undying support as always...It does put a little spark in my step and strengthens my resolve to NOPE..Your Stats are not looking to bad these days either..You do inspire me..I am proud of you too..
