well let me tell you about my reward. I went to visit some childhood friends who have not seen in more than 25 years, got together with my classmates from HS, and  got together with a special friend who lived in front of my house some 33 years ago.

I will probably be paying the airfare and expenses for the rest of my life, and  did not smoke, but really wanted to at some moments, and did not cave in......

still kicking some butt

I'm thankful to not be smoking today. 199 days of freedom, 3980 cigarettes not smoked, $1024.85 saved, and 19 days, 23 hours, 6 minutes and 42 seconds of life gained.

Looking forward to another smoke free day.  What a difference when you get a good night's sleep!  I'm in a great mood and the furthest thing from my mind is pooluting myself and my environment with one of those stinkers.

hopeful2,

At $6.00 a pack, you're going to rack up a big chunk of change fairly quickly, too.
