Guys and Gals this is what I think. Eyja and I wake up each day and say "I will not smoke today". Each night we congratulate ourselves for not smoking today, a very , very good accomplishment. It is not that we are consumed by the "not smoking thing " but we both quit before and after YEARS of cessation we took a puff and it was all over ,it was right back to hell before we knew it. Eyja and I will not go back there again. No one should go back there. N.O.P.E.
