I've been busy filling my time with work, projects, hand made Christmas presents and holiday preparations, so haven't been able to post much lately. It feels good to stick (mostly) to my time budget and take care of myself by not over extending my time on the computer either. Learning how to handle this addictive character of mine is interesting to say the least! Arggh! But it's sure great to read the latest posts and see all the fine support being offered all around - as per usual on SSC. Good words from good folks! Today, I'm off to the races with No Smoking to slow me down at all. NOPE is the path to freedom. Gotta love it.
