Congratulations to you! Never discount a day. The most difficult ones to get are the early ones. So getting them represents the biggest accomplishment.

Congrats to you both Jenny and Jack!  The first week is one of the most challenging milestones to surpass.
Keep it up!

Congrats Jenny64!
My first week is gone too and I'm here!
Some days have been more difficult than other. But the most important (and surprising!) was that I stood firm. I did not believe that I could be so determined.
Thank you all fellows!

Jenny,

Congratulations on making it through Hell Week! What have you learned from this step of your quit journey?

Hey Jenny!!!

Congratulations on making it through Hell Week and on into the middle of Heck Week!!!  Feel free to reward yourself for every smoke-free day that you complete and for every crave that you endure!  That definitely helps to keep on track with your quit!

          Way to go!!!
