Hi. I quit April 8th and it is now 37 smoke free days for me. I am feeling very proud of myself that I haven't slipped. There are still those hard "moments" but I try to remember that they will pass and I keep telling myself that I must not have one puff ever. I am enjoying my ability to breathe easier while not worrying about running to the store to get a pack of smokes. Over the past month I have been through many of the common withdrawal systems including weird dreams, bad taste in month, lack of concentration, weight gain and tummy issues but I seem to be stabilizing now. I know that with every day that goes by with another smoke free day notch in my belt, the satisification of sticking with the quit makes it so worth it! Good luck to all of you. You can do it!
