Hi Eyja, Mica , Glad to see you making the pledge. I did not smoke any nicotine today. I didn't sniff it , snort it, patch it, chew it, snuff it.  No more nicotine for me. Not One Puff Ever !

LOL on the new avatar Mica. Too funny : )  'nother good one for you!
Oh YA!  It sure is a great day to be cigarette free on this first day of Spring  - fresh air, fresh lungs, smoke free, YAY! And so much easier to stay that way once you really understand the value of NOPE!  We got it down now : )  I think I'll stick to the plan tomorrow too

I like this daily pledge because it reminds me that I am doing something positive today to help my body maintain health, strength and resolve!  Even when I feel I am not progressing as far or as fast as I'd like to in other areas of my life, at least I didn't spend useless time, energy or money contributing to the tobacco industry's pockets or my former smoking addiction.  It equals progress!  So I won't smoke today either! NOPE!

I totally agree with that assessment Willis; Yay for Mica!  And you too! I guess I'll just stick to NOPE today and add one more day to my stats.  Ya . . I think that is a good idea.  BTW I love my stairs now too : )
