Cravingsday

Hi Briana, be sure you follow the directions for your particular patch and from your doctor, ok? That being said, congratulations for coming and posting here. I have found that doing some low impact exercise that gets my heart going is really good for the craves, it takes my mind off of it and when I'm breathless from exertion I can be very proud that it's not from smoking anymore! If you don't have anything much to do on Tuesdays, I would recommend a couple of things. First, clean your bathroom, getting some good (and functional) exercise, then take a bubble bath. That, to me, is the height of self-indulgence! Just a thought. DeniseK

Hey Briana!

Good decision to go back to step 2 if you are not quite ready to move on!  Do what ever you can think of to protect your quit!!!  That is the most important thing right now!

Also, try to think of activities to keep your mind busy or physical activities that will get your heart rate going and get your endorphins flowing when boredom sets in!  Keeping busy will help to keep the nico-demon away!

Dunno - I had it two weeks earlier too or was it last thuesday?
And wedneysday too, nope monday on wedneysday it was all ok by then.

Maybe because I have nothing to do that day not much at least

This morning I put on step 3 from the patches - way too impulsive and decided this afternoon to put back on patch step 2 That feels way better.

Hi Briana!

What is it about Tuesday that makes it your cravings day?

Keep fighting! It is almost the afternoon now - half way there!
