Hey, Moss, are you still hanging around?  It was four years yesterday (11/22/07) that I did the quit.  I made the decision to stop smoking on Thanksgiving and I have been giving thanks since that I have stuck with it and am no longer a smoker.

If I can do it, after being a smoker for over 40 years, anyone can.  Hang in there people.  As you can see from the Stats Parade, there are many who have done the quit and stayed quit.
