Denise!

Small steps will move you up the big mountain!

You are reaping the benefits already!

How about you try calming tea before bed
Reading a book before bed
Taking a long bath or shower before bed
Getting a massage before bed

Ironing out any extra stress can help you relax more and give you a better night sleep.

Hi Denise ! It's funny you mention the 9000+ cigeretttes not smoked stat cause that's the one that always blows me away too ! It is sobering though to think how many I must have smoked in my lifetime but then there is nothing I can do about that, except what I am doing now, and that is to NEVER TAKE ANOTHER PUFF.

Thank you, Willis! You are coming up on a year pretty soon. How does that feel, with 9321 not smoked? That must be amazing! Thanks again! DeniseK

Way to go Denise !!!!  You're almost through Hell week already and I can tell you have a great attitude !  I found having plenty of ice water handy was a big help as I visualized it washing the toxins from my body. Also when a crave comes up try distracting yourself , get on to something else right away 'cause in reality the craves pass really quickly. We are all rooting for you Denise. We are all trying to do the same thing and together we are making it. Welcome , Welcome , Welcome Denise !!!!!

William - Free and Healing for Eight Months, Twenty One Days, 7 Hours and 46 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 32 Days and 8 Hours, by avoiding the use of 9321 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $4,240.85.
