Sparky,
Go glad you came out of this last crave and are still hanging in there.  Yes you can do it and believe me you have pretty much put in all the hard work at this point.  Let's let the easier time fall into place.  It will happen sooner than you think.  Just keep your needs met and don't let the OP slip into the conversation (as in not NOPE).
Congrats and keep the rewards coming.  You've done great

So proud of you Sparky!  I used to do that 'once in a while puff' thing too - so I'd always get dragged back to smoking during a rough (or sometimes great) patch!  But you are doing great - I hope all goes well with you and Dewey continues on the road to recovery!  Good for you for staying strong and keeping the quit!  Wow!  Hope you have a fine reward planned for YOU! <3 Eya

Thank you all for the support and congrats.  Yes this six months has been a journey and I sure didn't do it alone.  I can honestly say that this is the longest I have ever gone without a puff.  In the pass I would have a puff or two and tell myself it was okay and continue the lie.  Lies don't keep you smoke free they only add to real return to smoking.  So as long as I remember where I came from, the purpose for this quit and N.O.P.E. I should be ok.  Again thank you all so much.

Keep the Quit

Double on that WOOHOO Sparky! Look at you go! I hope you are very proud of yourself because you should be! And know that if you can go six, you can go twelve and twenty four and thirty six months! You are really on your way! Yes, a reward is in order, something wonderful just for you! Enjoy it!
