Glad you jumped in, JMontgomery! Since you've been reading, you know that you're almost through the worst of it. The physical cravings should subside quite a bit any day now. Nice that the weekend is coming up (if you don't work weekends). Now you can treat yourself really really nicely - a little reward, sleeping in, maybe some exercise of your choosing, a long bath or shower, maybe a massage. After next week you can breathe a little easier, and just be wary of the triggers, applying whatever substitutions you've come up with.
