Good day, Samantha.

My resolutions for this new year...is reflected by my new Avatar (borrowed from a good friend, thank you. )

I have gained 10-15 lbs since I quit, but probably most of that is what I should normally weight, not influenced by cig metabolism.. Which I can live with, but just need to "tighten" the extra pounds up a bit.

Also, thanks to SSC tech's for fixing my Freedom meter to show in my posts...

Happy New Years Members!

New Year’s Eve is a time to reflect on the past year and, more importantly, moving forward into the coming year.  It’s a time for us to consider the changes we want (or need) to make.  Most people resolve to better themselves with quitting smoking being in the top five New Years Resolutions. Our support groups will help you to realize your resolutions. Tell us a bit about yours and how you plan on getting there.

Samantha, Health Educator
